Ardoch COVID-safe Plan July 2021

As required by the Victorian Government, Ardoch has a COVID-safe Plan. This plan includes:

  • social distancing requirements by residents and visitors
  • all residents and visitors to wear masks on common property
  • all residents and visitors to immediately inform Select OC if they have tested positive to COVID-19 (on a confidential basis) so that deep cleaning of common areas can be done within 24 hours.
  • use of QR codes for visiting contractors
  • use of QR codes for the pool and gym areas.
